By downloading, accessing, or using the Pettraces mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. User Accounts

To use features like the Shop, Service Enquiries, and Petrimony, you must register for an account using your phone number, email, and name. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities under your account.

2. Services and Shop

The App provides a platform for users to discover pet-related services and purchase pet products. We attempt to keep product descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are completely error-free. Payments for products or services must be made through approved, secure payment gateways provided within the App.

3. Petrimony Feature

Pettraces includes a Petrimony feature designed to help pet owners find matches for their pets. You are responsible for the accuracy of your pet profile, including breed, age, and health status. You are also responsible for your interactions with other users. Please use caution and common sense when meeting other users or facilitating pet meetings. Pettraces is not responsible for the conduct of any user or incidents that occur between pets.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, impersonate others, or interfere with the operation of the App or its servers.

5. Location Services

The App requires location data to function optimally, such as fetching nearby services and updating your profile address. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your location data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Pettraces and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pettraces, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including interactions through the Petrimony feature.
